Y Lofts offers 136 rental apartments in a unique project that has at its centre an 1896 heritage-designated building to which 2 new modern annexes have been added. While Peterborough is among the cities with the lowest vacancy rates in Ontario, Y Lofts is a high-end product with a limited local market. LuminAire developed a marketing program that draws this narrow wedge of the market with sophisticated messaging, graphics and digital media.
