80 Bond

Downtown Oshawa is not known for its luxury apartment buildings, but a growing wave of investment underpinned Atria’s decision to build 80 Bond, a hi-tech, high style 370 suite, 20 storey tower in the heart of the city. LuminAire’s challenge was to drive sufficient leads to fill those suites within 15 months with people who could meet financial criteria well above those typical in the market. Further, as this is a rental property, LuminAire continues to play a role in driving new prospective tenants.
